Krishna and Sridevi team up again and again. You must be wondering how many movies have they done together, because every second and third film details that I give here are Krishna and Sridevi. Infact, Krishna and Sridevi have worked together in 28 films. And most of them were either dubbed in Hindi or have been remade with Sridevi and Jeetendra/Rajesh Khanna. Getting back to this film, this was one of their earlier films made in 1980 by director K.S.R. Das. The title of the Telugu film was 'Bangaru Bava' which got its Hindi title 'Chaalu Pe Chaalu'. Sridevi plays a singer and Krishna falls in love with her (naturally!) and then both of them play hide and seek game to get to know each other. Cabaret dancer Jayamalini sizzles in a song number as a vamp in the film. The original songs of the film by Sathyam was re-recorded by Sonik Omi.
