This was the fourth and the last film of Mithun and Sridevi together. Their earlier three films were Jaag Utha Insaan in the early days of Sridevi to Hindi films and then after a gap back to back with Watan Ke Rakhwale, Guru and Waqt Ki Awaz. This was a south Indian production produced by T. Trivakrama Rao and directed by K Bapaiah, who adapted his own Telugu film of Krishna in Hindi. Mithun plays a truck driver. And Sridevi falls in love with him. Neelam appears in a cameo. The rest of the gang of Kader Khan, Shakti Kapoor, Asrani were must in K Bapaiah films. Bappi Lahiri scores the music that has dances, fights, comedy and some nonsense too! This was the last film of the Sridevi-Mithun duo. No more comments on this! All I can say is: Waqt Ki Awaz ne Sridevi ko ehsaas dilaya ki woh Mithunda ke saath aaindha kaam naa kare!
