The film took almost 6 years to complete. A lavish production, costly venture with huge sets, mind blowing costumes and well choreographed songs... high expectation film .. but what a waste! The film failed miserably at the box office. Devi and Kapoor played the title roles in their home production (it is Boney's film). Satish Kaushik directed this disaster. Jackie Shroff *yes, he also is in the film) and Anil Kapoor play brothers separated in their childhood. Also, their childhood friend Sridevi is separated. Its Sri's and Anil's revenge on the villain (Anupam Kher) who had destroyed their family. Both play small time robbers who time to time indulge in Big Robbery. A comedy film is also an love story. The film has had some very good comedy scenes (the notable being, Sri as the Tamilian and as a Japanese).. In both the roles, her acting timing is superb and brings the house down. Laxmikanth Pyarelal scored music for the film.
