Telugu film 'Aakhri Porattam' which was a successful one, was dubbed in Hindi to be a flop film titled MERA FARZ. Sridevi and Nagarjuna are CBI Officers. They are out to destroy Amrish Puri's criminal plans. Suhasini is also in love with Nag, whom Sri loves very much. Nag and Suhasini are about to get married, but Nag learns Sri's true love and sacrifices his marriage. Illayaraja has composed music for the film, directed by K Raghavendra Rao. This was the first film of Sri - Nagarjuna and then after this they went on to do five films and Sri also started promoting Nag to Hindi films!
