Mandakini and Ashish Channa (don't you know him, well, even I can't tell much about him) were the actual romantic pairs and the hero and heroine of this film - AAG AUR SHOLA. Sridevi had a guest appearance with one song and one scene (that too, a death scene). Her Hubby, Jeetendra is throughout in the film, helping the young lovers to get united at the climax, fighting against the villains.
This film was produced by Jeetendra for his banner Tirupathi Films.
The film had some unforgettable songs, but the one that was picturised on Sridevi is still rememberd whenever I take a Hichki (Hick up)... coz the song goes - Aaj Subah Jab Main Jagah, Teri Kasam Aisa laga, ke tune mujhe yaad kiya hai.. tune mera naam liya hai... Hich Hich Hichki lagi.. Huh.. Hichki!!!
