Jeetendra is an orphan brought up by a lawyer, Kader khan and becomes a lawyer himself. He is in love with Sadhna (Sridevi) kader khan's daughter and both get married. Jeetu wants to stand on his own feet but is discouraged by his wife and father in law. He is humiliated on many occasions.One day suddenly Jaya Pradha enters their life and Vijay is willing to walk out of the marriage to support her. Jeetu as a lawyer fights for Jaya and Sridevi, the suspecting wife fights against Pradha. Bappi Lahiri composes songs like ''Ting Ting Ting Ting Ganti Baje, Dil Main Dil Main Ganti Baje' check out the lyrics..!!! The film was directed by K Bapaiah for producer Srikanth Nahata (Jaya Pradha's husband).
