K Bapaiah directed Sridevi and Krishna in the Telugu film 'Makutam Leni Maharaju' in 1987 which was dubbed in Hindi as 'Ghayal Sherni'. The title and the plot had nothing to do. It was more of a Krishna film (I mean a heroic) film than that of a heroine oriented. But who knows Krishna in Hindi films. Eveyone knows only the Lord Krishna. Lol. It was only Devi that everyone knows. Sridevi. Hence a film with her had to be dubbed for the distributors could do some money and her fans could rejoice. (Like I did). Sri plays Rajni who is in love with Ravinder (Krishna). They both join hands together and give justice to Arathi (Aruna). A Masala film was a average run in Telugu and a flop in Hindi.
